Operations

The nature of our work places a strong emphasis on the quality of our employees, their training, and the provision of modern equipment.

At Fullflow, we pride ourselves on highly trained installation teams. Through our in-house JIB Accredited Training Programme, all operatives can obtain the correct Rainwater Systems and Roof Drainage Installer (blue) cards. Additionally, all installers are certified to install safety-critical anchors to concrete and masonry in accordance with BS8539:2012, providing clients with confidence in the competence of our workforce. Our teams are fully trained and experienced in working at height, with MEWP operators IPAF licensed and operatives holding PASMA cards where required for scaffold tower erection. All operatives are also trained in the use of Personal Fall Protection Systems, ensuring all work at height is conducted safely and in compliance with current legislation.

The health and safety of our operatives is paramount. We conduct annual Fit-to-Work medicals for all site staff, ensuring they are fit for their roles and monitored for potential work-related conditions.

Our training standards guarantee both performance excellence and adherence to health and safety regulations. Managers and supervisors hold the appropriate CSCS cards along with relevant NVQ or equivalent professional qualifications. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the primary point of contact for site issues, coordinating communications between customers, suppliers, and on-site teams.

Their role is to ensure optimum performance across all aspects of a project, from administration to on-site installation. The team conducts regular site inspections and testing throughout the project lifecycle, with all records accurately maintained to guarantee quality assurance. In addition, our dedicated Installation Manager routinely visits every site, focusing solely on the quality of workmanship and ensuring that all installations comply with design drawings and British Standards.
