Module Fabrication

To ensure accuracy, consistency and quality in both product and workmanship, Fullflow siphonic rainwater systems are manufactured and delivered to site in modular form.

Once our design team – working in partnership with the client – has finalised the siphonic scheme, each system module is fabricated by our sister company, Plasflow, in state-of-the-art workshops. These modern, clean facilities are equipped with CNC-controlled butt fusion machines and precision cutting tools, enabling the production of consistently high-quality components that optimise installation efficiency on site.

Upon delivery, each individually identified module is assembled and joined together to form the complete system, ensuring a seamless, high-performance installation.
