Railing System

The Fullflow Railing System is tested and certified by an independent UKAS-accredited facility.

Unlike most traditional pipe-hanging systems that rely solely on pipe clips, Fullflow combines close-tolerance pipe clips with an expansion controlling rail system.

This dual approach provides continuous support and restraint along the entire length of the polyethylene pipe, effectively absorbing thermal forces and minimising movement.

Controlling expansion is especially critical for long runs of pipework—a common requirement in Fullflow’s siphonic roof drainage systems. These systems are often the preferred solution for large-scale and iconic buildings with extensive or complex rooflines, where traditional drainage methods are insufficient.

Using proprietary hydraulic design software, Fullflow’s siphonic systems are engineered to achieve full-bore flow within the pipework. This ensures water moves at high capacity and velocity, creating suction pressure that further increases the flow efficiency of both outlets and pipework compared to conventional gravity drainage systems.

The specially designed outlets minimise the amount of air drawn into the system, encouraging and maintaining efficient siphonic flow.

Because full-bore flow is achieved, collector pipes can be installed either horizontally or vertically, enabling the drainage of larger roof areas than would be possible with a conventional system.

The siphonic design also allows multiple outlets to discharge into a single downpipe – its location determined by the building designer – providing exceptional design flexibility.
These advantages make siphonic systems particularly beneficial for buildings with large roof areas or where maximum use of internal space is required.
