SeAH Wind Monopile Factory, Teeside

This huge £900 million, 40-metre-tall, 800m long monopile factory will be the largest of its kind in the world. This pioneering project will support the UK’s goal to fully decarbonise electricity by 2035 and forms part of the fast-growing alternative energy sector. This development will offer 1.13million sq ft of high-quality factory space for producing monopiles up to 120m in length, 15.5m in diameter and weighing a staggering 3,000 tonnes.
